Chambre et literie confortable mais mauvaise isolation phonique. Pas de prise Ă©lectrique proche du lit. Accueil Ă  la rĂ©ception trĂšs minimaliste. Une grosse déception

Les chambres ne sont absolument pas 4 Ă©toiles !Dans notre " mini suite" les tables de nuit n'Ă©taient que des planchettes sans tiroir , le meuble bureau Ă©tait vieux et de piĂštre qualitĂ©, le balcon si petit qu'il n'y avait la place que pour 2 petits siĂšges sans table , les wc sont dans la minuscule salle de bains oĂč rien n'est prĂ©vu pour poser ses affaires de toilette. Seuls le personnel est parfait, les parties communes assez jolies et surtout la restauration est remarquable ( 1 toque chez Gault et Millaud ,largement mĂ©ritĂ©e ).

ArrivĂ©s Ă  16h ( alors qu’un mail de l’hĂŽtel avait preconisĂ© arrivĂ©e Ă  15h), nous avons dĂ» attendre 30mn notre chambre . La responsable nous a reprochĂ© d’avoir fait la rĂ©servation via hĂŽtels.com! Chambre standard , petite mais assez confortable , salle de bains propre mais Ă  refaire ( lavabo fĂȘlĂ©, support de douche cassĂ©, serviettes Ă©limĂ©es, seuls savon et liquide lavant corps- cheveux Ă  disposition). Lazy and unhelpful hotel staff. Nobody helped us with our baggage. Miserable beds. No service at the pool. No iron in the room. Very rude bar tender. The restaurant was good. The staff was very friendly, did a fine job and the food was delicious. All in all I was disappointed. I have stayed in many 4-star hotels and this hotel is definitely not worthy of four stars! My wife and I didn't feel welcome and we will definitely not return or recommend this hotel. Faules und nicht hilfsbereites Hotelpersonal. Niemand hat uns mit unserem GepĂ€ck geholfen. Miserable Betten. Kein Service am Pool. Kein BĂŒgeleisen im Zimmer. Sehr unhöflicher Barmann. Das Restaurant war gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hat gute Arbeit geleistet und das Essen war köstlich. Alles in allem war ich enttĂ€uscht. Ich habe in vielen 4-Sterne-Hotels ĂŒbernachtet und dieses Hotel ist definitiv nicht vier Sterne wert! Meine Frau und ich haben uns nicht willkommen gefĂŒhlt und wir werden auf keinen Fall wiederkommen oder dieses Hotel empfehlen.
