The pool area is nice, jets in the hot tub didn’t work. Room, especially the bathroom floor was NOT clean, lots of stray hairs. I ran a towel over it and it was black after. Breakfast dishes were not very clean, neither was the food containers or toaster. Beds were comfy.

We got there at 3 to check in and our room wasn’t ready. We waited until after 7pm and they still didn’t have it. When we asked the manager he said you aren’t guaranteed 3pm check in, With a too bad attitude. Our paperwork says 3pm check in. The huge sign on the door says 3pm check in… No accommodations made, no offers made. They were rude and unsympathetic at the predicament they put us in. We will never stay here again.
