Futon room has been upgraded to a double or queen bed. Only stayed one night but the house seemed well equipped for a longer stay. One bathroom was, near all 3 bedrooms. The other was on the other side of the house, away from the bedrooms, but greatly appreciate having 2 full bathrooms available. Front door lock was a little finicky but worked well once we understood how it worked. All bedrooms had TVs. Large dining table. Comfy living room. Thank you
