Upon entering the first floor, you’re greeted by a welcoming hallway and a modern open kitchen. The spacious living room provides a sense of openness and leads out to a magnificent terrace with panoramic views of the sea. Here, you can enjoy a dining area with shade options, perfect for meals in the fresh sea breeze. Additionally, the terrace leads to the adjacent small house, a flexible space that can be adapted for relaxation or used as an entertaining game room.
