It’s an old house and it is pretty rum-Down with broken floor tiles etc. The house is right next to the main coast road so the traffic noise is annoying. The pool area is OK, but the pool is on the small side. Worse: The electrical system is under dimensioned, which means that if you use the hot plates and the oven at the same time the relay cuts out. Even more annoying: The hot water system is an antique flow activated gas heater that shuts off, if the hot water consumption is high enough. This means that cannot really adjust the temperature in the shower. It’s either boiling hot or nothing in between. I could go on and onDefinitely not worth the money.
