Our stay was the third this year at an Ohtels hotel , it was overall a very enjoyable stay, the room was very spacious and the view was 1st class, my only criticism being the pool area not opening until 11am, also the dining room not opening until 8pm, other than that couldn't fault it,

Han sido unos días estupendos, el hotel ha estado a la altura de lo que ofrecen, la habitación cómoda, personal muy atento y amable a excepción de la recepción, la cuál en el trato deja mucho que desear, la comida no era demasiado variada pero en general bastante buena, las instalaciones en general bastante bien preparado, es cierto que para los que no nos gusta tomar el sol, la sombra es muy escasa, hay muchas sombrillas, pero no son grandes y apenas dan sombra a 2 hamacas, siendo 4 personas como éramos, por la tarde especialmente, era bastante imposible permanecer tumbados sin morir de calor. Por otro lado, destacar la animación del hotel, el trato impecable, gran valor humano y muy divertidos, destacar sobre todo a Paula, Óscar y África. El personal de barra en la piscina muy detallista, con ganas de agradar. Volveremos.

Una experiencia estupenda. Un personal muy amable, agradable, atento y servicial. La limpieza de 10, con habitaciones limpias, amplias y luminosas, los servicios de las zonas comunes y las mismas siempre limpias. Los jardines , zonas de piscinas, chiringuito y cafetería lo mismo. El bufet muy bueno, variedad y abundancia, (las sopas, cremas y garbanzos a mencionar aparte) siempre reponiendo en pocos minutos las faltas que se producían por el consumo, el personal de cocina muy atento a cualquier incidencia, limpio y aseado. Mención especial para el Sr. encargado de plancha (Lluís) por su buen saber hacer y talante (las sepias colosales). El personal del servicio de comedor sensacional teniendo siempre limpias las mesas de lo usado con rapidez y siempre con una sonrisa y unas maneras muy educadas y amables haciendo que los momentos del "comer" fueran todos los días fiesta. El personal de recepción tan atentos y agradables como sus compañeros, siempre pendientes de la menor incidencia solventándola sin tardanza. El servicio de bármanes tanto en cafetería como en piscina superior. En todo se nota la mano de Daniel, un director al que hemos tenido la oportunidad de conocer personalmente y de agradecerle los diez maravillosos días que hemos pasado en sus instalaciones. Prometemos volver muy pronto y probar las instalaciones del Spa que es lo único que se nos ha quedado atrás, (nos han comentado que es estupendo también), por el lujo de la piscina. MUCHAS GRACIAS POR TODO.

Vi har haft 8 dejlige dage på hotellet. Der er en virkelig god stemning, ALLE personaler er venlige, hurtige og hjælpsomme. Vi havde dejlige værelser med god plads og udsigt til pool og hav. Betreff: Beschwerde über unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich möchte mich über unseren Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel beschweren, da wir mit verschiedenen Aspekten sehr unzufrieden waren. Wir hatten ein vollständiges Paket gebucht, aber nach unserer Ankunft stellte sich heraus, dass wir selbst zum Hotel fahren mussten, da kein Shuttle-Service vom Flughafen angeboten wurde. Bei der Übergabe des Zimmerschlüssels wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass viele der im Paket enthaltenen Dienstleistungen wie der Zugang zum Pool, zur Sauna und zu Fahrrädern zusätzliche Kosten verursachen würden, was nicht den Informationen bei der Buchung entsprach. Darüber hinaus waren die angebotenen Speisen ungenießbar und schienen mehrere Tage alt zu sein. Das Gemüse und der Salat waren verdorben. Die Zimmer waren dreckig und entsprachen überhaupt nicht den Fotos auf Ihrer Website. Zudem war es sehr laut, was unseren Aufenthalt weiter beeinträchtigte. Insgesamt war es eine äußerst enttäuschende Erfahrung, und wir fühlen uns, als hätten wir unser Geld verschwendet. Wir werden Ihr Hotel niemandem empfehlen. Todo bien, camareros, recepcion, animacion, limpieza, en definitiva todo el personal es muy atento, agradable y profesional, la comida con sabor y como contra que nos hecharan todas las noches del salon a las 11:30 con la consumición llena por cierre del salon, la primera vez que me pasa y lo peor que por ese detalle haga que la experiencia en el hotel no sea nada buena ademas de poner un viernes noche bingo y un sabado noche misica en vivo para escuchar cuando todo los clientes habian dejado claro que querian solo bailar, incomprensible la organización hotel en ese tema.

Wir hatten schöne 5 Tage im Hotel. Preis-Leistung stimmt. Das Essen war dem Nachsaison Preis angepasst, aber es war für jeden etwas dabei. Gestört hat, dass trotz bitten an der Rezeption, nichts gegen das Rauchen (eigentlich untersagt) am Pool, unternommen wurde. Auch das Reinspringen vom Rand gefährdet andere Schwimmer. Der "Bademeister" war uninteressiert und als einziger Mitarbeiter auch nicht in der Lage zu grüßen. Insgesamt ist das Hotel aber durchaus empfehlenswert.

Todo incluido, si tienes suerte

Colas de una hora para pedir una bebida o un helado, y era raro la vez que pedias y no faltaba algo. Dos dias estuvimos sin helados. Incluso un dia el unico bar que hay hasta las 13.00 abierto estaba cerrado, yo tuve que salir del hotel a comprar una botella de agua. Los camareros los pobres hacian lo que podian. Sin duda no volvere ni le recomiendo a nadie que vaya

Al principio la habitación no me gustó porque estaba encima del comedor y salidas de aire pero con la puerta cerrada no se oía tanto ,la piscina genial como siempre ,no es la primera vez que estamos en este hotel,el bar de la piscina fenomenal ,los chicos super amables y trabajadores con el calor que hace ,el bar de dentro también bien pero el aire acondicionado muy alto te quedas tieso ,se echa de menos un acuagim , comedor bien ,variedad y bien cocinado , gracias por la estancia

Horribles vacaciones. Empezamos con la habitación.Limpieza adecuada,habitaciones amplias con un pequeño saloncito,terraza amplia... pero todo eso de nada sirve si cuando te tumbas en la cama parece que lo hicieras en un saco de piedras.es tumbarte y se te clavan cada uno de los muelles por el cuerpo.por no hablar de las almohadas que no existen porque intentar llamar a lo que habia encima de la cama almohada es imposible.eso era mas fino que papel de fumar.por ello el descanso no es posible.te levantas cada mañana como si te hubieran dado una paliza.teniendo en cuenta la inportancia del descanso es un factor que conforme van pasando loa dias solo tienes ganas de que acabe ya y volverte. Ahora vamos con el buffet. Muy muy muy poca variedad,antes de entrar ya podias saber lo que te ibas a encontrar porque todos los dias era lo mismo.y si dijeras que por lo menos estaba buenisimo pero no,era comida aceptable y en algunos casos incluso en mal estado por lo que si vais con
