Terrible Hotel

Breakfast- low quality products, no eggs...Instead of orange juice they offer something similar to ”Fanta” Rooms- old, cold,with outdated carpet, sometimes with no hot water ( evening), noisy... Expensive for the service offered ! We definetly wont comeback again ! We saw a lot of guests complaining, too.

Pode e deve melhorar

Positivos: bom atendimento, café honesto, limpeza nota 7,5, água de 1,5l fornecida no quarto, canais de TV e Wifi. Negativos: hotel mais antigo da Costa, armário antigo de madeira com gavetas grandes, escuro e velho, não dá coragem de colocar nada ali. Portas, fechaduras e torneiras também velhas e com problemas. Propaganda acintosa do SPA, obrigando o hóspede a ouvir repedidamente um vídeo de 1min durante todo o café da manhã, todos os dias, sem possibilidade de ouvir notícias ou música. A gerente diz que é norma do hotel, mesmo que todos os hóspedes reclamem e até implorem para mudar, uma verdadeira tortura psicológica .

Brilliant

Had a lovely stay here with my partner and little girl. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made our stay wonderful. Made some new friends here the place is close to all amenities. Beach is so close

Property looks very good from the outside. It has a small reception and bar area near the entrance.There is also a dining area where breakfast is served, on the ground floor. The rooms are a little dated and basic but very good value for the price charged. The hotel is kept clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Très déçue!! Pas de clim, pas de frigo, lampes vétustes, pas d’endroit où accrocher les serviettes et les maillots. Prix plus qu’exagéré pour un tel hôtel!!!! Nous voulions prolonger une nuit et ils ont demander 20% de plus!!! Nous avons trouvé moins cher, un hôtel de luxe de 4 étoiles et face à la Les 2 étoiles de cet hôtel ne sont pas méritées. Seuls points positifs: propre et personnel sympathique
