This delightful 59 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 1st floor and is accessible by stairs.

This lovely apartment has an open and vibrant layout where the living, dining, and kitchen areas seamlessly flow together. The cosy living space features a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for relaxing and watching TV after a day of exploring the city. A stylish dining table for four provides a perfect setting for enjoying meals together.

The kitchen is inviting and well-equipped, offering all the essential cookware and cutlery for preparing delicious meals. It's a great space for socializing and cooking together.

The bedroom is beautifully decorated and provides a peaceful retreat. It has a plush double-sized bed, a TV for our convenience, and plenty of storage space to keep everything organized.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Costa da Caparica, just across the river from Lisbon, is a popular destination known for its vast sandy beaches and relaxed vibe. Stretching over 15 kilometres, the coastline offers opportunities for surfing, sunbathing, and enjoying fresh seafood at seaside restaurants. Its close proximity makes it a favourite for day trips from the city.

Beyond the beaches, visitors can explore the Arriba Fóssil cliffs or take the Transpraia mini-train to quieter spots. With a mix of lively beach bars and serene natural areas, Costa da Caparica is perfect for a quick escape from Lisbon's urban bustle.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

There are several bus stops on Avenida Dom Sebastião just a few meters from the apartment.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 32-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
