**IMPORTANT: QUIET HOURS**
This is a residential property, and we ask all guests to be considerate of our neighbours.
There must be absolutely no noise outside after 23:00. This includes conversations, music, gatherings and use of the outdoor areas. Sound carries much further at night than you may expect.
After 23:00, a reasonable and low level of noise indoors is permitted, provided it cannot be heard by the neighbours outside.
Please only book this property if you are comfortable respecting these rules. Parties and gatherings of any kind are not permitted.

The house is pet-friendly upon request and incurs a small nightly pet fee. Please ensure that you add the number of pets to your reservation request at the time of booking.

This is a family home that we are renting out for a few months, so some of our personal items will remain in cupboards and in the locked room downstairs. We ensure a practical, usable and clean space for you that is comfortable for your stay and with enough space to keep your personal belongings.

Parking - There is plenty of free street parking out the front of the house, it is quite a quiet street. However, please make sure to not park in front of our neighbours house - number 10 - on either side of the road as he has a truck that he parks there.

Security camera: For the security of our guests and the property, there is one exterior security camera monitoring the entrance gate only. The camera does not monitor any indoor areas or private outdoor areas of the property.

Photo ID: As our property operates with self check-in, we require a clear photo of a valid ID document for each guest staying at the property, in order to release check-in details. This allows us to verify the identity and nationality of all guests and complete the legally required registration of foreign guests with the Portuguese authorities (SIBA). The ID photos are used for verification and registration purposes only and are deleted afterwards.

Bicycles available to rent
We have bicycles available for guests to use during their stay. If you’d like to rent them for your whole stay, we can offer a low rate for the full period.
Just let us know if you’re interested and we’ll arrange it.

Age & Supervision
Groups consisting entirely of guests aged 18 or under are not permitted.
Guests under 18 must stay with a responsible adult legal guardian aged over 18 throughout their stay. An 18-year-old guest does not qualify as the responsible legal guardian.
Please ensure that all members of your group meet these requirements before booking.
