The staff was rude , the heater in the room made noise basically all through the night like this whistling noise . They seem races I felt like we were walking on egg shells there and we were not comfortable. They threaten my nephew and he’s 13 yrs old saying are u with that big group of family saying to him I will charge yall extra fees if we here yall being loud . It was about 35 of us me and my family rented a couple rooms at hotel . I do not recommend this place I will never come back ever . Also the Pancake machine wasn’t working breakfast was over at 10am that’s way too early

The room was ok but the bathroom wasn’t very clean. Shower showed its age and needs a good disinfecting. The thermostat was on a motion sensor so when you weren’t in the room it diverted back to 66 deg even when we had it set to maintain 70 deg. Lots of noise in hallway thru out the night. The breakfast was good and the front desk was very nice.

The manager (Katie) was training a new front desk person when I checked in. The patience shown was admirable, all while still processing my check-in efficiently. The hotel was spotless, and all of the employees were very friendly. Breakfast included more options, all very tasty.
