What a superb little place! We absolutely loved it here, we had room 202 which had 2 little balconies, one with table and chairs which was brilliant for people watching. Everything was immaculate, very comfortable bed, good shower with shower gel and toiletries and the whole place smelt so nice. The location couldn’t be any better, excellent value, we will definitely stay here again when we’re next in Alicante.

Location ideal. Room spacious, clean and very comfortable bed. In very sociable area so earbuds advisable if u are a light sleeper. We had no issues as we were in the heart of the hubub and earbuds at the ready. Entranceway clean and well looked after too. A great base from which to explore Alicante.

Perfect place at a really good price

I booked based on the really good reviews and found them to be completely justified. Clean and well kept room and communal areas. A comfy bed, modern bathroom with good quality shower and even a little balcony to sit at for breakfast. The cakes that were left with the tea and coffee facilities were unexpected and tasty. The check in method was easy provided you have a data connection on your phone - but these days, who doesn't? The bus from the airport drops off at the port and it is few minutes walk from there. The following morning, we walked just over five minutes to the tram station and continued on to our eventual destination in Benidorm. Suffice to say, the location is perfect. The rooms are just off a square with a great little cafe/bar and within easy walking distance of several bars and restaurants run by friendly people. To top it all off, this was really well priced and so represented wonderful value for money. We will definitely be back.

The location is great! The balconies are excellent to enjoy a take out meal. Beach is <10 minutes walk. There are lockers to store bags. The service is good. There is no traditional reception, everything is handled via WhatsApp. I will definitely stay again when in Alicante.

Hidden gem in heart of Alicante old town

Modern, comfortable room in the heart of the city. Fabulous location but quiet and secure. Fabulous shower, toiletries and a nice coffee machine and fridge. The room was quite mall but had everything we needed. The room itself and the public areas were spotlessly clean and serviced daily. 5 stars.
