I almost don’t want to rate this well simply so it’s never booked when we want to come to town but I’ll be honest instead. This was the best experience we’ve had in Alex/Pineville in a long time. We’ll never stay at a different hotel. Staff was 10/10 and even upgraded us to a suite when they ran out of the room we booked. Can’t wait to come back.

I highly recommend each guest room be provided a microwave. A microwave is require to accommodate each guest the opportunity to reheat food items from refrigerator or purchased from various eateries or restaurants. I also recommend returning back to continental breakfast as a hotel amenity..

Everyone was super friendly! Gantry, at the front desk, was super courteous and got us all checked in. Arthur, at the bar, even took the time to come out and bring our kids ice cream to the pool. Would highly recommend this hotel. We will be back in January! Thank you again!

When this reservation was booked it was for 2 rooms with 2queen beds and 1 room with a king-size bed. We go 3 rooms with king-size beds and that made the arrangements for us very awkward. Because we had to 16 year old boys who had to shar a king-size bed. We had a mother and daughter and another 15 year old girl, who had to share a king-size bed, This was not acceptable. However, we had no choice but to take them because this hotel and all others around were full.
