"No Internet available. TV was fine. The room smelled like not quite cleared tobacco/dope smoke. No room service (make beds, fresh towels...etc). Furniture and fixtures were pretty shabby and there was rust from the toilet seat bolts visible in the floor. S oap, shampoo and towels were ok."

"One thing that was a very pleasant surprise: in the parking ramp there were free chargers for EVs. The listing of them on ABRP was correct, they all seemed in working order and available, just plugged in and it worked. Charged up from 20% to 100% overnight, really made our first EV road trip easy. The only problem: when we checked in they said our room wasn't available because the carrier was still wet from being cleaned, and they tried to give us one with only 1 real bed (and a sofa bed) instead of the one we reserved with 2 real beds. Once we concluded the sofa bed was not going to be comfortable, we argued enough that they let us use the room type we'd reserved, but it was all very frustrating. Other than that it was a good stay, decent breakfast, nice hotel, great location"
