The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. That being said, truthfully it was the most uncomfortable hotel bed we have ever tried to sleep on, and the pillows were even worse. If you can sleep thru anything and can bring your own pillows, this is a great spot.

The room looked freshly redecorated and looked very nice. However, my sister went into the bathroom around 10:30pm and saw two small roaches. When I went into the bathroom around 2am, a full size roach crawled from behind the mirror. That morning, a roach crawled across the night stand and one also crawled across the headboard of my sister’s bed. At that point, we started to repack to prepare to checkout. My niece then saw another roach in the corner of the room. (Photo is attached.) When I went to the front desk to cancel the rest of our stay, I told the front desk person about the roaches and said to her “you all really need the do something about the roaches here”. Her response was that “I will let him know when he comes in”. At no point did she apologize or even seem shocked. She asked if we wanted another room and I refused.
