Welcome to Reel Getaway at Lake Martin! This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, two level lake home will sleep 11 people comfortably and is a great gathering spot for your Lake Martin vacation. As you drive on to the property, you will see that there is ample parking for 4 to 5 vehicles in the driveway, and a quaint front porch that is awaiting your arrival!
You will enter into the main level of the home where you will find a breakfast nook and a well equipped kitchen complete with a small fridge for beverage storage. You can't miss the beautiful view of the lake from the open concept living room area with a large screen TV. The beautiful back deck is located just off the living space where you will find a spot to dine and relax as you take in those awesome Lake Martin sunsets! Also on the main level is the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that has an amazing soaking tub and a standing shower and another king w/twin bedroom, both with stunning lake views! The hallway bathroom is located off of the living area that has a tub and shower combo.
Heading down the spiral staircase to the basement, you will find a queen bedroom with an ensuite shower bathroom, and an extra queen bed with two twins in the living space. From this level, you can walk out to the patio that is ground level to the pier and dock area. If you have someone in your party that is not able to access the spiral staircase, they can access the bottom level from this patio.
Step outside to lake amenities galore! There is a lakeside covered pavilion with a gas grill, TV, and seating area. The pier leads out to a floating dock for great fishing and there are cleats available to tie up a couple of boats. PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Big Fish is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.
