Villa Manresa is located close to the Alcudia suburb of Malpas and is within easy walking distance of two beautiful cove beaches - Cala Sant Joan and Cala Sant Pere. There is a mini market and a few restaurants and bars in Malpas itself whilst the nightlife and wide array of attractions of Alcudia are just a short drive away. Your private swimming pool is to the side of the house with a brick built BBQ. There is a shaded terrace for lazy lunches. Inside, the house is comfortable, light and spacious and offers four air-conditioned bedrooms, a lounge with access to the front terrace, and a fitted kitchen with everything you need for a self catering holiday.

Villa Manresa has some extra facilities to ensure you have a really comfortable stay: Table tennis, Wifi, Pool towels and hairdryer.The pool measures 10x3m and is fully fenced.
