Beautiful house located in a quiet area of Puerto de Alcudia, very close to the sea. It welcomes 8 guests. The beautiful exteriors of the house are designed for you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. On its terrace, which has lake views, you will find a sunbathing area with loungers and a porch with a sofa area and a large table where you can enjoy endless evenings with your companions. Additionally, there is a second terrace with a barbecue, so you can cook large grilled dishes. The interior of the single-storey villa, which has been recently renovated, will offer you the rest you deserve. The dining room has AC and satellite TV. The kitchen is separate and equipped with everything you need to cook with total comfort. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. For sleeping, you have four bedrooms, all with air conditioning. Two of them have double beds, whilst the others have two single beds each. A toilet and two bathrooms with shower serve the property. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair. Free parking on the street.

The property is located in a quiet area of Puerto de Alcudia, which is perfect for those who wish to combine relaxation with leisure. Near the villa you will find establishments where you can enjoy an independent stay, as well as many places where you can go shopping, eat or have a drink. The nearest beach, Alcudia, with white sand and crystal-clear waters, is just a few metres from the house.
