The first we got put in had a broken restroom door that wouldn’t lock and bedroom lights that would not turn on. The breakfast menu was so limited, I’d recommend spending a bit extra on a better hotel if breakfast if something you look forward to in the morning. Room itself wasn’t the cleanest. I found hairs in the shower, finger nail clipping between the sheets and the pillows stunk like armpit. The floors were so filthy, the bottoms my kid’s socks turned black the few times he walked without shoes. Frankly, I was very disappointed. I took my kiddo for a birthday trip and this was not the experience I was hoping to give him. On top of everything, the indoor pool was impossible to get into and looked very unsanitary.

Old out dated mattress and chair ripped bathroom shower stabilizer handle was partially ripped out of the wall. The closest rack was the same issue. Told the front desk but. They did not seem to care and ... ONLY decaf coffee... Yuck

The most Breaking Bad hotel in Albuquerque. Filthy halls and elevator. The bathroom door was broken and splintered because someone had broken it down. I would have left immediately but I arrived after midnight on a late flight. Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The room was nice and comfortable breakfast was good the air conditioner/heater worked great. The floor was black and dirty that was the only concern. Once we spoke to management they fixed it for us.
