The rooms were clearly newly renovated and very clean. The motel is located next to the I-25 and I-40 interchange so there was constant traffic noise. All in all this is a very nice Motel 6, not fancy but clean and comfortable. We had a plumbing issue in the middle of the night and the staff promptly offered us another room to sleep for the rest of our night. By the time we returned from breakfast the repairs were done and the room was cleaned so we could move back.

The staff was great and responsive. The cleansers odor was too strong and lingered too long in the room. The noise from the fwy was too loud and guests arriving late at night made a lot of noise, too. The windows are thin and you could hear every sound.

I booked this place in months in advance.. then on the day we are supposed to check in I call to let them know we are about 45 minutes away. Then I get told that they over booked and I don’t have a room with them.. but yet I still get charged. I tried calling allll the numbers and can’t get through to ANYONE..

Great Place for extended work stay

Our son had to do clinicals for college and stayed for 27 days! Yup with the exception of one hick up which had nothing to do with the hotel but another guest the stay was great. He was able to walk to Osis up the street and the room was equipped for a single guy for work. Thank you for making it a great stay for him. ILM

Contacted office during my recent stay at a studio 6 in Albuquerque in regards to domestic violence situation on 7/3/25 with no call or check from office on woman and then in regards to being threatened to death and spit on by another guest in an upper room. Also took tv remite back 3 times and it never worked on tv in other room.
