All staff including security was nice they all greeted Except one gentleman in front desk when we got there he didn’t say nothing till I told him we had reservations. He couldn’t say welcome or at least hi something but nothing. Breakfast was late the 2 days, 2nd day lady said as soon as we walked in breakfast not ready she a little rude. I loved that there was security day n night.

Disappointed that there is a $5 parking fee per day. It feels like you are bring nickel & dimed. Just add it in to the room fee - after all how many arrive without a vehicle.

Our room smelt bad the carpet was dirty, the light where the sink is to get ready was not working. There was no toilet paper had to go ask for some at 11pm. They charge for pets but i didnt even want my pet to roam the floor

Area unsafe

Rooms had a terrible smell. Asked for room spray not given. We purchased febreze to neutralize the odor. No luggage racks. Lots of homeless and drug users made it uncomfortable at night. Breakfast not good.

There were lots of pigeons around the entrance to the room and lots of pigeon feces. I had little confidence that my rental car would not be vandalized. It appears that the hotel is being used as social services housing for the City of Albuquerque.

These rooms are cool, spacious, clean, and offer a nice kitchen that has dishes & utensils. It’s a neat property. We’ve stayed here twice. Would stay again. Only complaints are the accessibility of the rooms located near the back of the property where there is no parking or walkways. Did not serve my husband and his broken ankle well at all. Also, both stays I was “greeted” by a woman who looks and acts like Roz from Monsters Inc. Very unpleasant individual.
