our initial room was beautiful and so comfortable, the fireplace was amazing. I believe it was the king suite with the kitchen. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy it as the water heater busted in our room, we had to be moved and we were moved to a bigger room that was a lot farther away from the parking lot. We were only two adults with our baby, so it was honestly too big for us, and the stairs were a safety hazard for our son. But I can see how it would’ve been a great room for a bigger family. but we were told it was the only room they had available. The breakfast was really yummy, but definitely not a lot to go around. I didn’t get any of the sausage or meat that they had available as it would be gone in seconds. The lady in charge of stocking the stations was visibly very frustrated I watched her snap at two people asking when food was coming out. It was very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. On the other hand, The night girl at the front desk was extremely helpful and very sweet. I just feel if we didn’t have to move rooms. It would’ve been a nearly perfect stay. I will also note that I felt very safe knowing that there was security on property at night. And that they would also stop during the day as well.

It appears there's an issue with the hotel staff. At check in I waited at least 15 minutes while the employee was speaking on the phone with her boss about rooms not cleaned for new guests. Some guests had to get a different room as the one assigned to them hadn't been cleaned. Our room had been cleaned and was fine.

The room was dirty, hair in the sinks, beds and tubs. There was a fingernail on the floor. To top it off the heater does not seem to work, despite being set to 70, the room was a chill 62 degrees. We immediately requested a refund and left. The hotel has advised us to contact travelocity and travelocity has advised us to contact the hotel for a refund
