Only one baggage cart for entire hotel. When I asked for extra blanket, it had holes and stains. Dryer in laundry facility does not get hot enough to dry thoroughly. After rain storm we had water on bathroom floor and window sill. We were on the third floor.

This motel was $144 a night during the Balloon Fiesta. The cheapest in the area. But had a room with lights that didn’t work, the faucet dripped, there was a water leak under sink the floor pooled with water. No refrigerator A/C loud. Motel smelled musty and it was 1970 worn out. They should out some work into updating it

The front desk staff who assisted us was very accommodating. The rooms and the building, though a bit outdated, seemed okay. The floor just felt sticky.

The staff was nice, and check in was easy enough, but the smell really took away from the stay. The cleaning product they use has a strong chemical odor. It was hard to sleep with how strong the stench was, and the windows didn’t have screens on them so we couldn’t air out the room. Any clothing items I hung up still smelled like this cleaner days later. Besides the smell the stay was just fine, but if you are sensitive to odor I would reconsider.

1.2 miles to the Balloon Fiesta Park which allows us to walk walk to the vault. That was important to us. Otherwise it was an okay place to stay. Room was clean but hotel had a funny spell to it. People were helpful there. That was good. It was probably the cheapest hotel around and you get what you pay for.

The beds are stiff and pillows are flat as a board not much space in the room, but If you are looking for a safe nights stay this is a good choice. if your looking to stay here during the whole fiesta it is very close and convenient but you will wake up every morning with your neck or back hurting.

Due to heavy rains, two of the three rooms we were placed in were flooded. The doors to the rooms constantly slam and dogs can be heard barking and whining. The floors in the halfways are uneven and have divits and separated areas rhat you can feel through the carpet. The staff is very nice and accommodating.

Every employee from front desk to housekeepers were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean and air conditioner worked great to keep the room cool. The area was easy to get to and there were many stores, restaurants within a couple miles. My only downs were more personal- the bed was harder than i like and i would have liked a coffee pot, sm refrig, and microwave in the room, though coffee and microwave were available in the lobby. The lobby was cutely decorated for the balloon fiesta and we watched the balloons float by every morning we didnt go to the fiesta clearly. It was a nice stay and would stay again when in the area.
