The room was fine except the signs all over saying there going to charge me for random damage and then the hostess didn't even check me in or give me my whole 4 days worth of breakfast vouchers then finally to top it off the inside heated pool was ice cold and broken!!

I usually don't do write ups on hotel stays. We did like the room, though some issues. Bathroom area - mold around the tub to wall contact, a note in room stating if the towels were found with stains a $25 charge per towel, only one switch for bathroom fan and light. Which caused a problem as the fan made LOTS of noise, and no one wants to hear that continuously. The bathroom tile floor was full of cracks, the bathtub was peeling, where your feet are (I placed a towel over it) water never got hot, only warm and the bathroom faucet needs replacing - old gritty and kinda green inside it. The pool area/hot tub ~ was dark, maybe we were supposed to turn on the lights? No signage to do that, no towels in the area, but the hot tub was fine. ON the positive side though, we really liked the room size and layout and set up, well done. We would probably stay there again and thoroughly check out the room before moving in.

Staff was rude and nit picky. They checked on us in the pool room numerous times ..even though we were the only ones using it. We felt like we were being watched. Hot tub was nice and hot, but the bubbles were broken. The pool was absolutely freezing...too cold even for my strong-headed kids. They didn't get to swim. My husband forgot 1 additional check on our reservation for one of our children. Therefore, they charged us an additional $10 for a breakfast voucher so he could eat with us. Whatever, our mistake. We have 4 kids...missing a check mark happens... Until we handed our breakfast vouchers over only to see the entire breakfast bar was basically empty. The breakfast worker told us she ran out of eggs, sausage, pancake batter... basically everything worth eating. There was still an hour left of breakfast time. They didn't allow us into the kitchen at all to see the bar until we paid the additional $10 for the missing voucher...if we knew, we would have put that money somewhere it would have actually done us some good. Room was decent. Nothing special. Not the cleanest, but nothing to really converse about. It did the job. There were no blankets provided for the pull out bed. It seems common in some hotels to make guests walk back to the front desk to request sheets and a blanket for the additional bed. We did get these covers, so no biggie. Prices are fair..well, besides the food voucher costs. We rent rooms often. No, we will not be back here.

Restroom faucet was dirty, the couch had multiple stains, the couch had a q tip on it. Based on those observations I didn’t want to sleep under the covers and made sure to check for bed bugs. The lighting in the restroom was awful, basically using the restroom in the dark. The posting said recently renovated, but it’s more like shoving the crap under the carpet.
