Room and stay was ok. Toilet paper holder was almost broken. They only provided light blanket and sheet on bed. A blanket or comforter would have been nice. Not enough towels in rooms. They are really stingy with the pool towels and pool and hot tub and fitness area only open till 9pm. Pricey restauants. $$$ gaming consoles are not allowed to be plugged in for play. (My teen wanted to use his console on down time.) They also very strict. Must be checked in to use pool or fitness areas. Also spa was booked all weekend for a quick facial massage. They did get us checked us in early tho.

Staff was amazing. All of our encounters were pleasant. They went out of their way to help and be friendly. The room was adequate. A bit worn in places, but generally nice and comfortable.

The gentleman at the desk was so nice and genuinely happy. He explained the whole property to us and got us into our room very quickly even though it was an early check in. Room was very clean and we enjoyed our time in the casino

No complaints on staff! The room didn't look like an executive suite! Very old outdated chipped furniture! The bed was so uncomfortable that i slept on the little couch! Old mattress that when you sat half of it sank way down! It was certainly not executive suite standard and the price was certainly not worth it. The Chili Ristra food was very good. The machines are too tight! We paid good money for a two day stay and didn't win a single hand. We don't expect to become rich but some pay out would help get more people to stay there! Very disappointing stay!

The rooms are in need of repairs, the paint on the walls, bathtub, base boards are chipping and walls are pretty scuffed up. The hair dryer almost caught fire upon using it. It was an older hair dryer and kept going cold amd when the heat slowly kicked in, it started smoking from the back. There was a smell to the room that made it difficult to sleep and in the early morning staff were so loud that my kids woke up because their walkie talkies kept beeping and was so loud.
