The young man who worked the front desk was very friendly. We were surprised at the condition of the hotel, which looked well worn considering the price was over $200. We went up to a room on the second floor after we were advised that there had been some difficulty with the plumbing. Right outside of our room was a horrible terrible smell of sewer, gas. I immediately went downstairs and talked to the young man who said there’s nothing he could do about it since we purchased our ticket through Expedia. We went back up to the room, the carpet in between the two double beds had yet to be vacuumed. There were crumbs on the carpeting. The bathroom had exposed plumbing, no cabinetry beneath the sink and the finish of the veneer wood was well worn and peeling off. The toilet was dangerously low for anyone with knee issues. My mom is 89 years old and had to use the tub to pull herself up from the toilet. I’ve never been in a commercial property with such a low toilet This property by no means is reflective of the normal Hilton stays we have incurred over our lifetime. I am asking to be fully reimbursed for our stay. Anything you can do to facilitate a full reimbursement would be appreciated for using Expedia again is in jeopardy.

To put it briefly …..Some staff members courteous but not customer service oriented. We were two in a room set up for one. First day difficult to get wash cloth Body wash was missing. We did speak to manager about the process we went thru to get some of that Even after our room was cleaned still left room for one had get wash cloth which seemed to be hard to come by.

We did not receive cleaning service after day one of our stay. Which left us with no coffee or towels. We had to pick up our own at the front desk. There were no wash rags on day one and the beds were very hard and pillows were lumpy and awful.

The rooms are cjean I was surprised to still see carpet in parts of the suite. Full kitchen was nice. The beds are comfy especially if you like firm.Lots of pillows. We enjoined our 3 night stay. I had yo add on a night and the clerk initially said there were no available rooms but shd kept loooking, and called as soon as there was a vacancy. We didint even to move to another room. Great stay!

When we were on our way it was raining hard and we called to make sure they wouldn't give up our room. When I got there they told us they gave up our room. The lady at the front (Maria) let me know that the front desk lady that was there when I called walked out during a rush and she just got there. She was kind and apologetic and was able get me and my family into two rooms quickly and they covered one room for us. She was so helpful and kind. The stay was great, the breakfast was delicious and staff was kind.

Good value for the money.

The check in was easy and room was spacious and clean. Parking as you came in was a little awkward. Very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Pillows could be a little harder but that is personal preference.
