The staff at check-in were very pleasant and insured that we got a room near our family. We were happy with our room and it was clean and quiet. The waitress at the breakfast area was very welcoming and made sure we had what we needed. Breakfast was advertised to be served at 6:00 am, however, it did not arrive until after 6:30 am. We had somewhere we had to be. If I hadn't already paid for breakfast I would not have eaten there. The food was subpar in that the bacon was greasy and the other offerings were not very palatable. We would stay here again, but, we will not pay the additional $10 per person for a breakfast that was less than satisfying.

Check in was smooth and quick. My room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was small and a bit cramped. The only door to the toilet area was the door to the entire bathroom. If someone was at the sink, there was no real door to the toilet area. Dinner was good, but nothing special. The menu was quite small. The service was great.

The room was in need of repair. The hand towel bar was pulled out of the wall and TP holder was loose. Overall the room needed updating. It was clean but not the level I was expecting for this hotel brand
