The property is a little older, but was clean. I did not like where my room was at. It was next to a very busy road and I could hear the vehicles passing all night which prevented me from sleeping well. I have stayed there several times and enjoy my stay. For some reason the area by the elevator always smells like a barn. The breakfast was good. Some items were cold and the potatoes were a little hard, ortherwise I enjoyed it.

I booked a room with a mountain view; however, the window in my room was extremely dirty and foggy, making it impossible to see outside. In addition, there was no light-blocking curtain, so I barely slept due to the bright lights from nearby buildings and the street. The bathroom sink was partially clogged and drained very slowly, and there were no plastic liners in the waste bins. Overall, the room felt as though it had been neglected for some time. The front desk staff was also unhelpful. When I requested a room change, I was told it was not possible because there was no one available to clean another room. I had wonderful experiences at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Socorro and Alamogordo during my visit last week, so this stay was quite disappointing and unexpected. I hope improvements will be made to maintain the strong reputation of Holiday Inn.

Very clean rooms. Great security in the parking lot - saw them patrolling frequently. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts in this price range.

Front desk lady a total disgrace as costumer service person. The room was on the first floor and a room room where pets are allowed.... smelly. Also all the noise from the highway and cars racing the streets didn't let us sleep. That area of Santa Fe is dead... nothing to do around. Great breakfast included and Starbucks right across the street.
