Where to start... This is more an apartment building than a hotel/motel. Most occupants are full time residents. There were constant dogs barking in other rooms and feral cats outside that screeched all night. The room smelled like cannabis smoke. They also knew the room had a broken handle on the entry door and every time I left the room I had to fetch an employee and they had to call a maintenance person (who lived on premises) to let me in. The breakfast is a joke... Also, don't stay in the first floor... You hear every footstep above you.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is a homeless shelter. Very dangerous. People live here long term and the parking lot turns into a dangerous hangout at night with people screaming on drugs. Even the staff are scared and they don't allow guests into the lobby once it gets dark, they use a plexiglass window to help you. I didn't even stay one night and Wyndham customer service couldn't care less. Never got a refund.

The room was still dirty and no toilet paper or wash cloths but there were dirty and the front desk lady wasn’t a help at all and didn’t understand that children don’t have IDs!!!!!!!!

I rarely leave reviews but feel like folks should be aware of this motel. This is not your typical Wyndham property. It’s not in a great neighborhood and when we arrived a man was peeing in the parking lot and another was pushing a grocery cart around. People seemed to be living in about half the rooms. The lobby is locked from the outside , so you have to check in through a window. The comforter on the bed had multiple red/pink stains and visible dirt. The sheets had grease stains. The phone didn’t work when I tried to call to get another comforter. There was no warm water in the shower, it was ice cold. When the people checked in to our adjacent room around midnight, we could hear everything they said. We were traveling with a young child and I would not recommend anyone else bringing a child to this motel.

Charged 50 dollars for service dog plus 100 dollars for for a total of 150 deposit. I have never had to pay for a deposit on dog . Ap didn't say any about extra cost . We notified them that he was coming but didn't tell me there was more of a deposit . If i would have told up front i would canceled and found different place . Place is really in a bad part of town , alot of homeless people around . Property is surrounded with a high chain link fence around it . Didnt feel very safe there
