Ceilings were coming down, electrical outlet shocked us, toilet didn't work, front desk wouldn't answer the phone when calling about the toilet, you know sheets or pillowcases in one of our rooms, were given smoky rooms when told they were supposed to be non-smoking, windows were bolted shut,

This is not the room at the hotel. The hotel is a daily rental and is not good for tourist to New Mexico. Please remove this hotel and do not send anyone to this hotel. It is not safe for the people visiting New Mexico. We have called and nobody answer and the front desk person in very rude.
This is the table by the bed not connected. I had no phone service(land line).
This lamp was broken and was not connected to the outlet. No outlet on that side on the room.
Trash in front of the ACC unit.

Do not stay here. The hotel is like a war zone. You can hear everything above you and beside you. People party outside their rooms and the management does nothing to fix loud guests. The beds had filthy sheets and a “mysterious white stain” on the headboard of the bed. The towels had dirt stains on them. You can hear all the cars going down the street too.
