Worst front desk staff I have ever Encountered. Not helpful regarding ABQ highlights and things to do. Terrible by not allowing us to depart a day early. They fought with Expedia to allow it without charging for a full night that we were already gone. Do not stay at this dump.

Delightful

The room was super clean and the bed and pillows beyond comfortable! We slept like babies and loved the black out shades. The Pool and Restaurant were a treat too. The only downsides were that there was no coffee in the room and the front desk charged $3 for a paper cup of thermos coffee. Nickel and diming at those rates, drives me nuts. The front desk staff were a mixed bag. Some were super and others probably needed a little retraining in customer service. Valets and Security were all great. That said, there were a couple of unhoused people who were aggressive. I’m a well seasoned traveller and have encountered many people in similar circumstances. I’ve Never encountered folks who were this belligerent and offensive. It happened on the daily. There’s Nothing the hotel can do, but hopefully by now they’ve found the help they need.

This hotel was amazing. Everything was decorated with the coolest vibe - down to the smallest detail. The staff was incredibly professional and accommodating - while still mixing in some fun (we had a great server at the restaurant, I wish I knew his name!). The selection in the restaurant seems a bit limited, but was soooo delicious! Very clean lobby, restaurant, outdoor patio area, pool and room!

The hotel was freshly updated and the staff was wonderful. The staff of valet was great too (not part of the hotel but great all the same). The neighborhood (not their fault) was very noisy... all night long. It was the only drawback. It was Friday and Saturday nights so maybe it could be better other nights?

The Arrive was well apportioned: room, pool, restaurant, bar etc. The problem was the constant loud music from downstairs way past 10 pm and the surrounding area: too many cars/trucks revving their engines; sirens and someone screaming until the police showed up.

The staff was friendly and valet service was speedy. There were no convenient stores in the area and a bottle of water in the room was $13. For a pretty pricey hotel, I was surprised water wasn’t included.

Lovely room. Didnt like the car noises outside at night though. When we mentioned all the car reving/racing sounds the people at the front desk said that it was the location of being on route 66 and the culture.

Premises and rooms are clean. Beds are very comfortable. Size of room was fine, but insufficient closet or dresser space. Bathroom was modern; shower was excellent. I get that mini-bar prices are always high, but $12 for a bottle of water, albeit large, seemed excessive. But fine service all around. Well worth the charge.
