Nice location Friendly staff Room was terrible. Walls were paper thin. Was given a room by the elevator and felt like I was in a hospital room with all the bells going off as the elevator doors opened. Jerusalem Cruisers in the dining area is disgraceful (no shoes, no shirt, no service!!!)

Rooms were clean, comfortable, but not the room type I had reserved. Breakfast was wonderful, everything nicely laid out and very clean. Coffee was great! All vending machines were out of order, on all floors. Front desk staff was missing for 8 min when we tried to check in. Hard to get water for the room.

The hotel was in a great location. A lot of food and shopping right near by. Short drive to our daughter at Union. I think that the shower needs updating. Not as clean as should be.
