Unpleasant Experience

I blame myself for prioritizing cost. Indefinitely got what I paid for. The service was horrible. At check in the only words spoken to me was how am I paying and if I had a pet. No hello, thank you, or enjoy your stay. The property itself was in disrepair. The room smelled awful and the bathroom floor was disgusting. I will NEVER stay there again.

Had to flush the toilet 2-3 times toclear the bowl. "Breakfast" was laughable. Noisy a/c. No cupsfor water. No coffee maker. Noisy environment. Awful place.

I booked 2 nights. I arrived around 6pm, the place smelled like weed and some other kind of funky smell. My clothes even stunk after just 1 night. My CPAP stunk after the evening and I had to replace the filter and thoroughly clean the machine. I complained to the person at the desk, told him I would not spend a second evening and he would NOT refund my second night. I am disputing the second night. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Terrible do not recommend 😕

Nasty hotel. I went through hotels.com was only able to get one night back instead of two nights. They are very dirty. Shampoos and lotions not full. Cigarette burns in comforter. Black stuff coming out of AC. Not clean at all. Looks like a Crackhouse. I do not recommended. Still fighting to get a full refund back since we did not stay at all. I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN PICTURES TO POST! PLEASE STAY AWAY!

My wife and I went to the Morgan Wallen concert and just needed a place to stay. So we were necessarily looking for 5 stars, but when we went to bed and pulled the sheets back and saw blood we left! That place was nasty.. don’t waste your time and money!

Nearly empty hotel. The stench in my room was too much for me. Front desk staff smiled but did not know the booking rules. Under the circumstances one wants to give them the benefit of the doubt but they did not respond to the text messages they sent me nor to the email address on their site.

It looked like it was under construction. Paint on the floors , plaster in bathroom . Plaster smears everywhere. I know we got a king sized smoking room. but that doesnt means its supposed to have very poor upkeep. 0/10 . Oh yeah. The room gave me pink eye. Probably from fecal matter on the pillows. Be careful going here. Wasnt my cup of tea.

The property is aged and need updating. You get a half of a roll of toilet paper,,only towels for a party of two, trial size toiletries for one person, air conditioner didn’t work on a humid 90 degree day. The complimentary breakfast was horrible quality and there was a nail sticking out on the bannister railing that we told the front desk about but don’t know if it was repaired. I would never recommend and shocked it was a Wyndham property.

The property must have changed hands within the last year. Not well managed. I stayed 3 days and my room was never cleaned. I went a got clean towels daily myself. I made the bed daily. It definitely needs some manager input.
