The bathroom had a defunct fan which was very noisy the second you turned on the light. I video'd it and played it for the employee at the front desk. He apologized but I have a feeling it's been like that for a long time. Also, I had a male housekeeper come to my door at 10am when check out is 11am. I explained I'll be leaving soon but he wouldn't go away. He purported he didn't understand english and continued knocking and came back again. I paid for a good nights rest. Come on.

Yes the room was neglected,and the staff didn't seem to care. l have pictures to show that the bed linens were never changed, including the bedspread. And when you pulled the covers back the sheets had hair and stains on them. I asked for sheets to change the linens myself but he said he didn't have any clean sheeys available , he'd see aboit washing some sheets since a housekeeper was unavailable. didn't have any person at desk had no careless
