The housekeeping staff as well as desk staff are all wonderful hard working people. Very friendly. The rooms are a bit worn but the beds and pillows are amazingly comfortable. The tv is big and nice. The WIFI leaves much to be desired as I have been working remotely for too long now and the WIFI is spotty.

It was so incredibly loud. People smoking weed, the entire place swarming with unsupervised children. It was just terrible. It wasn’t clean. Luckily the lady at the front desk was nice, but nothing was done.

Disappointment realized

When we arrived in the room the floor was cruddy and when we told the manager he offered to "let housekeeping know about it tomorrow". We went out and bought a mop and my wife cleaned the floor -- never did see housekeeping. Our two nights were punctuated by two or three loud buzzing alarms in the hallway. We left after two days-- nobody ever even came by to empty the trash or refill the toilet paper. Unfortunately I got sick after our second day and checked out -- the manager said they might be able to receive a partial refund if Hotels.com said they could. They also charged us for bringing our puppy to the "pet friendly" establishment- as advertised on hotels.com . So at this moment I really can say nothing good about the hotel, the service, or hotels.com .

The room was nice. The hotel was ok but a dog was barking and there was a lot of noise upstairs but when I turn on the TV and air conditioner u can drown it out a little.

We arrived at hotel about 2' o clock in the afternoon, went to check in and lady at front desk was a little rude with me. Our room was ready, and found out that someone else from previous night was staying over again and at this point we didnt have a room to stay in. Front desk clerk had 1 other room available and gave us that room, but we had to wait about an hour for that room to be cleaned.
