Hotel was under renovations which they neglected to mention & our heat did not work in our room, they never offered a discount or even to switch rooms. Breakfast closed earlier than most places as well .

The room was spacious and the property was easily accessible from the highway. The room location by an exterior door was a bit noisy. The television in the bedroom didn't work. The staff accommodated an early checkout.

Couch was so old or so used that the cushions were at an angle, and you slid down. Also, the toilet wasn’t flushed when I got into the room. I told the staff at front desk, and he said he was sorry and that maybe housekeeping didn’t get to that yet. I told him the rest of the bedroom seemed clean, but I did note there was no bar of soap at vanity sink, which I had to ask for at the front desk. Otherwise, quiet, with what looked like a nice pool. The hotel seemed dated like it was from the 1990s or earlier. Nice breakfast and attendant. I tried to get filtered water in the exercise room-was broken and nothing came out. Would I stay here again? No unless it were updated.

The front desk staff was welcoming and very helpful. They gave us one of the newly renovated rooms which was great. The lady who was running the breakfast area/kitchen on Friday and Sunday morning was amazing. Very nice and cheerful and helped with all of our morning needs. Great experience to start your day with!
