Staff was very nice. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. And the location was perfect for us. However, the property is actively undergoing renovations and the public spaces were unusable. Also, the parking lot could have been plowed better.

An aesthetically pleasing and welcoming environment and staff. Josh warmly welcomed us. Our updated room was clean and well appointed. Our breakfast was enjoyable thanks to a tasteful variety of food, the eating area spacious, and the attendant (sorry, I don't know her name) stayed on top of all of it. Checkout was seamless.

Expedia site did explain that there was remodeling going on every day starting at 8 am and that it could be heard. I would have chosen a different hotel. the guy at the desk was a bit snippy when saying that this posted on the Hampton website. Also, the first room smelled of cigarette smoke, but they were nice and moved us to new room. The breakfast was good but closing it at 9 am on the weekend does not seem reasonable

The motel was easy to get to from the toll road. The checkin was easy and the beds were comfortable. There were renovations going on inside the building but it was not disturbing in any way and all workers were polite. The breakfast was excellent with a nice variety of food choices and very friendly staff. I always appreciate an 24 hour hot drink station!

Hotel was under renovations which they neglected to mention & our heat did not work in our room, they never offered a discount or even to switch rooms. Breakfast closed earlier than most places as well .
