I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous, with plenty of delicious options. We also enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room ,everything was perfect! A true four-star experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Florent at reception was a wonderful host and told us all we needed to know to make the most of our stay. The room was gorgeous and we had a brilliant night’s sleep. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

This was advertised as a 4 * hotel. Certainly it had facilities like a pool, fitness room and bar but the bar menu was mediocre. My biggest disappointment was the standard of furnishing. Seats with stained upholstery, no additional cushions on the chairs which were very wide and difficult to feel comfortable on if you are short. The bedding for the sofa bed was poor. I do not consider an Eleclerc basic pillow satisfactory for 4 *. The innards had separated into bits. The quilts were equally poor quality. We had hoped for better in a suite. Finally the breakfast was also disappointing. Limited choice.....and we were there early ...nothing labelled e.g. how to make or choose a drink and no staff to ask ...we have had better in 2 * accommodation.

Decent and clean hotel

The staff is kind and the facilities are well maintained. It is a suitable facility for business trips. If there is anything to improve, the breakfast buffet lacked fresh vegetables, and the Internet service was unstable when Wi-Fi was used in the room.

This property is close to everything. There are plenty of restaurants near by, and supermarkets. My only complaint is that you have to pay extra (16 Euro per person) to use the pool or the spa.

A great stop off on the way to your destination.

Excellent hotel with fantastic family room, actually a suite with 2 rooms and 2 toilets plus large bathroom, two showers, 2 tvs etc. Only weird thing in the room was in main room begind the bed the wall was white with black speckles but it honestly it just looked like mould, so it was a bit disconcerting at first. See pics , wont let me upload pics Spa facilities really great, pool just at right temperature. Sauna and hamman perfect and jacuzzi. Albeit Saturday it was very busy, no seats, jacuzzi constantly full etc, sunday after lunch we had entire lot to ourselves. Dont miss out on these facilities which were excellent. Pool step area needed cleaning: clogged with gunk gathered where the stone floor meets the pool steps, dont notice unless you're coming out the pool orherwise very clean. Lift not working so had to use service lift, necessitating walking by workmen in your robe, and noise. No notice that works were ongoing. Not so bad at quiet times but when we checked in we were 20 mins waiting to use the lift behind others doing the same to go to our room! Very large underground parking area. Food only available for a couple of hours a day, what a loss of income for the hotel. Silly, even if it just offered pizza n burgers!! Lost opportunity to generate further income. Never saw the bar open. Nothing much in Aix tbh, a bit of a dump. A great stop off on the way to your destination.

Très bon hôtel au centre ville, bien situé, juste en-dessous le parc floral des thermes. Chambre très propre. Personnel serviable et très sympa. Parking en sous-sol (13€ la nuit), mieux vaut penser à réserver une place. Petit déjeuner buffet, correct mais sans plus.

La chambre supérieure est grande est agréable mais les rideaux laissent passer trop de lumière et manque d'insonorisation. Pdej copieux mais le personnel a du mal à suivre vu le volume. L'espace spa est agréable, l'eau est bien chaude. Ayant réservé le parking bien pratique en plein centre, quoique payant, j'aurais aimé qu'on me donne les infos d'accès avant l'arrivée. Il faut savoir qu'un frigo partagé est disponible dans le hall, intéressant ainsi qu'une machine à café et bouilloire avec thé. Vous pouvez demander une gourde à l'accueil pour vous servir au distributeur d'eau filtrée plate ou pétillante, à restituer au départ. L'info sur cet espace et la gourde n'est hélas pas visible.
