Large apartment of 50 m2, on the 4th floor with elevator in a secure residence of character (badge) and with a beautiful private outdoor swimming pool. Located on the edge of the Parc de Verdure and the Bois Vidal for lovers of nature and calm but also close to the pedestrian streets and the center of the city so as not to use your car (possibility of private parking space at the foot of the residence - on request in addition 35 €/week or 80 € stay 21 nights). All rooms are bright with large bay windows overlooking a green setting. Very spacious and pleasant living room. Fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher - washing machine - traditional oven - refrigerator with freezer compartment - extractor hood - induction hob - electric coffee maker - toaster - kettle - pressure cooker ...). American bar with high chairs for conviviality and dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people - The living room is equipped with a comfortable corner sofa (convertible bed 2 places), flat screen TV. Beautiful charming bedroom (double bed) with storage cupboard and office space. Bathroom with large shower. Separate toilet. Entrance with plenty of storage.

Bel appartement et superbe piscine

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce bel appartement d’époque, situé idéalement dans le centre d’Aix-les-Bains et entouré de nature et d’arbres ! Le logement est lumineux et Christine a été arrangeante et disponible. Le gros a été la piscine qui est grande et donne sur une magnifique vue arrière de l’immeuble. En toute objectivité, voici les points négatifs :- sol parquet qui grince énormément (problématique quand bébé dort…)- pas de volets mais rideaux occultants, ce qui a été très gênant pour nous :(- dommage pour les suppléments (parking, ménage, linge de lit et de bain)

Emplacement TOP et très bon accueil

Appartement très bien situé dans Aix les Bains dans un ancien hôtel, avec un parc verdoyant. Commerce à deux pas de l'appartement. Piscine très agréable quand il fait chaud. Accueil très chaleureux et logement très propre.

Magnifique appartement au cœur d’Aix les Bains

Nous avons loué pour une semaine l’appartement rue d’Albion, au cœur d’Aix les Bains. Nous avons eu un excellent accueil de la part de la propriétaire. L’appartement était magnifique, propre et très fonctionnel. L’accès à la piscine était très apprécié. Je garde de très bons souvenirs de cette location que je conseille fortement si vous souhaitez passer des vacances paisibles dans un cadre superbe, à proximité du joli parc du bois Vidal où nous aimions s’y perdre en fin de journée. Je retiens cette adresse pour de prochaines vacances. Je remercie par la même occasion la propriétaire de cet appartement qui a été exceptionnelle avec nous, par sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Appartement de vacances parfait

Appartement parfaitement équipé, très bien aménagé. Situation centrale, beaucoup de choses à Aix-les-Bains peuvent être atteintes à pied. Nous avons passé des vacances très relaxantes ici ! Contact très agréable et simple avec la propriétaire.

Très bon séjour dans cette résidence pas tout a fait adapté avec des enfants mais comme nous avons été bien occupé ça c'est pas trop ressenti. Dommage pour la piscine fermée cause sécheresse.
