The TV did not work on any channel. The WIFI didn't work, called guest services for the TV, but were not much help. The room smelled like feet and the towels were very hard. The breakfast was good and served small portions.

Its a nuce cute hotel. The staff are super friendly. Theres rooftop bar with a beautiful view of the city. Even tho i wasn't drinking i had fun. The breakfast was great. Very clean place

Excellent place. I highly recommend this property. It’s a small, very cute, modern and clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Its located at the heart of downtown, so everything is walking distance, and very safe to walk around. They also provide delicious breakfast and Wifi. Terrace with a view Overall excellent stay

The parking is a little inconvenient to enter considering our car had our luggage on top and the entrance height Is to short, so we had to take all of our luggage down before entering the parking but there was no space to do it because the street has no specific lane to park so traffic is passing at all times honking at you to hurry up and the. When checking out same thing had to take our car out and park in front of the hotel where there street is and get our luggage up to leave

Staff was accommodating in all respects. My daughter has diet restrictions, and they were able to make changes for her. We will stay there again the next time we go to Aguascalientes. The bar and restaurant on the roof terrace were very pleasant. The hotel should advertise it more; we found out about it by accident. What a great experience.

We missed out connecting flight had to arrive 2 days late. We tried to get in touch with the hotel, to ask them to reschedule. It was very difficult to connect with them due to a language barrier. They ended up charging us for the nights we couldn’t stay. While I understand they have a strict cancellation policy, we were looking for empathy and flexibility. I wouldn’t recommend booking this hotel.

El hotel está super bonito y limpio y muy bien ubicado cerca del centro con varias opciones de tiendas y comidas a su alrededor. Los servicios del hotel (agua caliente, aire acondicionado, luces, toallas, closets y mobiliario) muy buenos, habitaciones amplias y cómodas, camas confortables. El personal en general muy atento y cordial, solo que no tiene servicios a la habitación...tuvimos que bajar por unos vasos que nos prestaron a la recepción y a calentar una comida en el micro al sotano y si queríamos ordenar comida del restaurante de arriba teníamos que subir a hacer el pedido. El estacionamiento es un poco pequeño pero si ya no hay espacio te brindan el servicio de estacionamiento en otro lugar sin costo adicional y el personal lleva y trae el coche avisando con unos minutos de anticipación. El desayuno bufette sencillo pero completo y la comida rica

Habitaciones limpias el personal atento y dispuesto a aclarar dudas de interés personal. Hotel cerca de la catedral y muy tranquilo Lugares de comida muy cercanos Desayuno sencillo pero con bien sason Tienen disponible en recepción plancha, secadora de cabello y tabla de planchar solo hay q solicitarla .
