Will stay next time, it has so many amenities even wash your clothing no additional fee and they provide the detergent. They provide coffee for one to make fresh cafe. The kitchen has everything you need even adobo and I enjoyed the gym. It is close to Carr 2 also to Ramey Base and close to beaches and close to restaurants. The price is right. The host communicates great.

This property is still under construction and is not yet complete. The road is unpaved, the common areas are poorly maintained, the pool is dirty, and there is no security. I would not stay at this property again.

Property was modern fresh and clean. Bathroom and closets were spacious. Great for getting work done and then hitting the beach. The beds were not comfortable thought. A minor trade off.
