Ideally located in Grau d'Agde, a 15-minute walk from the Grau d'Agde beach or the historic center, the Villa Port Marsouin welcomes you all year round. 5 minutes by car from Cap d'Agde.

A 3000 m2 garden with trees and enclosed by walls, a large BBQ, a 4x10 swimming pool heated to 29°C all year round with its furniture (Fatboys, table and chairs...),
a large parking lot and a multi-sports field surround the villa.
For a rental of more than 10 people (from 12 to 16 people), a 5-seater jacuzzi is available.

The porpoise port villa offers 5 bedrooms with King size beds 180X200, they are all individually air-conditioned.
