The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this 22 m² air-conditioned apartment for rent in Agde, less than a kilometer from the beach, with shared pool, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises a 14 m² living room, an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom (with shower) and a 14 m² terrace.

The apartment is composed as follows
- 14 m² living room with double sofa bed and TV
- A kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, etc.
- Bedroom with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, iron.

Exterior:
- An enclosed and private 14m² terrace, facing east, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- Communal areas: shared, secure swimming pool (unheated), open from May 1 to September 30
- A shared, unheated 15x8 m swimming pool open from May 1 to September 30.


The apartment is ideally located in Agde, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Visit the city of Agde: Saint-Etienne cathedral, museums, river port, etc.

Other remarks :
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Collective barbecue in the residence.
