In a private, secure residence in Cap d’Agde, Villa Roquille offers a rare privilege: a terrace gate leading directly to La Roquille beach. Live by the sea’s rhythm—morning dips, naps to the sound of waves, open-air dinners with the horizon as your backdrop.

The living area gathers everyone around a large island: a fully equipped kitchen for casual cooking or hosting, and a comfortable lounge with 65" Samsung Frame and Sonos soundbar. Outside, the summer kitchen features a worktop, plancha and barbecue; the 30 m² terrace fits loungers and a big table for sunbathing, reading or shared meals.

Night side, the layout favors ease: on the ground floor, a suite with private shower room. Upstairs, three bedrooms: a large suite with a panoramic window facing the beach (sea view from the bed), a double bedroom with clean lines, and a home-office bedroom designed for remote work, with a sofa bed and a real mattress for comfortable sleeping. Soft materials, storage and calm extend the sense of rest.

Steps away, beach clubs, shops, ice-cream spots and small eateries set the tone for a car-free stay. The seafront promenade glows at sunset; the port, markets and Cap d’Agde’s buzz are close by—then you return to the quiet of the residence.

Parking & charging — One parking space is included inside the residence. A private 7.4 kW charging point sits in front of the house for easy EV top-ups. Street parking is easy outside—handy for additional vehicles.

Security deposit — To secure your booking, a deposit is requested 48 h before arrival via credit-card pre-authorization (secure link; no other method). Amount shown at booking; the hold is released up to 7 days after departure if all is in order. No keys without the deposit. Please check your card limits with your bank.
