Rents pleasant T2 cabin, the "casa sand" of 40 m2 on the first floor, Hacienda Beach 1 residence, direct access to the beach 200 m away by a crosswalk. Secure residence, regulated swimming pool. Very functional and very quiet apartment composed of a veranda with dining table, a living room kitchen area with sofa bed for 2 people, a single bedroom with 140 wall bed and cupboard, a cabin bedroom with bunk beds and cupboard, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate toilet. For families only, some bedding is not suitable for adults. Description : - Kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle.... - Living room with sofa bed 140, television. - Veranda with dining table, 6 chairs, sideboard.... - Bedroom equipped with a 140 wall bed, cupboard, direct access to a small courtyard. - Cabin with bunk beds and small cupboard. - Bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine. Ideally located to enjoy the structures of the resort without having the nuisances. Close to shops (Mail de Rochelongue) caterer, bakery, restaurants, grocery store, press point, tobacconist, ATM... operates every Monday morning. 200 m walk from the beach by a crosswalk, swimming pool in the residence. 10 minutes walk from acqualand, golf or leisure island, 15 minutes from the casino or the port center... Bus stop nearby. You don't need the car, everything is within walking distance. Weekly rental in season from Saturday 3 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m. Rental 2 nights minimum out of season. Optional service to be paid on site and booked before your arrival: - end-of-stay cleaning: 100€ (deposit check of 100€ if the option is not chosen). - double bed sheet rental 15€, single bed 10€, towel kit 12€ per person.
