A small investment would do wonders!

The apartment is ok. The price is on par with other units, but based on its condition, it’s over priced. It needs to be updated. Appliances are old and bathroom and toilet area has not been updated in decades. The location is good except it’s close to the loud dance club which goes until 2:00 am. Bring good ear plugs. The bed sheets are very rough and the pillows are hard. Not comfortable.
