Maison agréable mais pas assez entretenue...

Maison agréable et bien agencée. Située un peu loin de la mer à pied. Salle de bain au top. Literie confortable. Terrasses au top. Beaucoup de vétusté dans la maison (frigo en fin de vie, télé ancienne, cuisinière défaillante qui reçoit des saletés du dessus, ventilateur unique, une seule prise par chambre et une seule multiprise dans la maison...). Dès notre arrivée nous avons dû faire un grand ménage intérieur et entretenir le jardin car nous ne pouvions même pas ouvrir les volets à cause des branchages ! Aucun passage du jardin n'était praticable à cause de la végétation foisonnante. Le garage sert plus ou moins de dépotoir... Impossible de garer la voiture devant le garage à cause des branchages. Tout est laissé à l abandon et c est bien dommage. Propriétaire très gentil et très accueillant. Village agréable et parfait pour être au calme. Les plages y sont magnifiques et peu fréquentées. Possibilité de se garer.

Maison agréable et bien située

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour à Agde. Le jardin est agréable. En voiture tout est proche. Le propriétaire est très sympathique. Quelques petits bémols : la longue distance à pied avec la plage (sous estimée dans l'annonce), la vétusté de tous les appareils de la maison et les moustiquaires.

Gut gelegene Unterkunft, schöner Außenbereich

Kommunikation mit Agentur war sehr zeitversetzt, Vermieter konnte/wollte nur telefonischen Kontakt und Kommunikation auch nur in französisch. Wohnung war leicht klebrig und muffig, nach kräftigem Lüften wurde es besser. Die Lage des Hauses und der Außenbereich waren für unseren Aufenthalt genau richtig. Leider war die Küche nicht üppig ausgestattet (Töpfe mit verzogenem und unebenem Boden ohne passende Deckel, wenige große Kaffeetassen und Weingläser). Zugangstür klemmte stark, Innentüren klapperten bei geringem Windstoß, jegliche Schranktüren flogen aus Führungsschienen etc. Insgesamt hatten wir schon bessere Angebote bei Fewo!
