Awful, terrible communication skills via telephone and generally unhelpful staff. Promised numerous calls back, which never eventuated. Property itself is very tired and worn. Location is good. Optional additional parking is good and easy to use.

The bathroom shower curtain did not avoid water making it quite slippery on the tiles. The fall of the water wasn't quite appropriate to where the drain was situated. Chips on tiles near hand basin. Bed was very moveable when turning in bed to point it woke the other person up. Good to have safe parking. Given bottom room which was asked for due to our mobility.

Great quiet location - close to main shops and restaurants. Room serviced once a week with supplies provided on request in between services. Staff were very helpful. Inconvenient check in location for Tynte Street Apartments. Have to check in at Majestic Old Lions Apartments and then make your way to Tynte Street. Would definitely recommend!

Room cleanliness was adequate. Good laundry facilities. Note there is nil check in area at the premises - you have to check in at a different location ~ 1 km away, not ideal if you do not have a car. Nil lift so you have to carry your bags up stairs
