This compact and practical unit features a queen-size bed and accommodates up to two guests, making it ideal for couples or short business stays.
While there is no separate kitchen, the unit is equipped with essential amenities including a microwave, small fridge, toaster and electric kettle, suitable for light meals or simple heating.
Although the space is modest in size, it is thoughtfully arranged with a work desk, dining table and private bathroom, offering both functionality and privacy for a comfortable city stay.
Note: Wi-Fi in this unit isn’t available, but you can use the neighbouring room’s network.

Rundle Mall can be reached in around 15 minutes’ walk or a short tram ride.
Public bus routes operate nearby, connecting you to other parts of the CBD and surrounding suburbs. With most key attractions within walking distance, getting around is convenient without needing a car.
Other Things to Note:
Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges.
Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.
Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.
Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.
Additional Bedding: We can provide a single air mattress and extra linen for $30 per guest per night. A fee of $50 per stay will apply if the sofa bed is used.
Baby Equipment: Cots, high chairs, and baby baths are available upon request for $20 per item. Please let us know when you make your booking. Note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to provide these items if stocks are depleted.
Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.
Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.
