Step into this light-filled, two-level townhouse in the heart of Henley Beach, where relaxed coastal décor and thoughtful styling set a warm, welcoming tone from the moment you arrive. The open-plan living area invites you to unwind with an L-shaped sofa, two armchairs, and a sleek entertainment unit with a smart TV. A reverse-cycle air conditioner ensures year-round comfort, whether you`re enjoying a cosy movie night or sharing wine and nibbles after a day by the sea. The sofa can also be prepared as a sofa bed on request.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need—fridge, oven, stove, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all essential cookware and crockery. A timber dining table for five sits nearby, ideal for casual breakfasts or relaxed evening meals as you plan your next coastal outing.

Up the steep, narrow staircase are the sleeping quarters, both offering built-in storage to keep things organised. The primary bedroom is a calm, spacious retreat featuring a king bed and a second smart TV. The second bedroom includes a double bed, ceiling fan, and a built-in bench that serves as a compact study nook—perfect for quickly catching up on emails or journaling between beach walks.

The bright bathroom includes a shower-over-bath, toilet, and vanity, with a linen cupboard just outside for added convenience. For longer stays, a washer-dryer combination and clothes rack make it easy to refresh your wardrobe.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
