This five-bedroom home sits on John Street in Seacliff Park, right beside a green park reserve and playground, with Seacliff Beach and Westfield Marion both a short drive away. An inground saltwater pool and fully fenced backyard make it a practical, pet-friendly base for families, groups, or extended stays for work or business travel.

The main bedroom has a king bed, a private ensuite, and built-in robes, with four further bedrooms on the lower level offering a queen, a double, two king singles, and a single with a bunk bed, plus a second bathroom. Two living areas give everyone room to spread out: a formal lounge downstairs and a family room upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, and toaster, and a washing machine and dryer are included at no extra cost. Split-system air conditioning runs in every room, and free Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout your stay.

Outside, the outdoor entertaining area looks over the pool and the park, with a BBQ set up for casual meals. The fully fenced backyard gives pets safe space to roam, and a baby cot and high chair are on hand for younger guests.

Seacliff Park is a suburb of Adelaide partly in the City of Marion and the City of Holdfast Bay. The suburb is adjacent to South Brighton in the north, Seaview Downs to the east, Hallett Cove to the south, and Marino and Seacliff on its western side. The suburb is divided diagonally by Ocean Road, with the northern part of the suburb mainly residential, and the southern park partly occupied by a golf course and a quarry.

Sandy Bay Shack is nestled in a picturesque garden setting surrounded with vibrant Wisteria flowers. While they add a lovely touch to the landscape, they do shed their petals frequently, creating a natural but sometimes messy outdoor environment. We work diligently to keep our outdoor areas tidy, but we appreciate your understanding as you may encounter some flower debris during your stay.

Our property is also ideally located next to a lovely park, inviting delightful visits from a variety of wildlife. The area is alive with the cheerful chirping of birds, making it a fantastic spot for birdwatching—keep an eye out for colourful rosellas and playful parrots! At night, you might catch a glimpse of possums, and there’s a chance you’ll spot a koala nestled in the gum trees.

The cheerful songs of kookaburras will further enrich your experience, creating a serene and lively atmosphere that connects you with nature. Please note that, as part of this natural setting, guests may occasionally hear the sounds of local wildlife or park activity. While these are part of the area’s charm, light sleepers may wish to plan accordingly.
