Everything is fine. Unfortunately, they don't have 24H reception. One day, the receptionist forgot to update my room key. When I came back and my key didn't work so I had to call 24H service counter to get a security to open the doors for me. If you want to have your room gets clean, you need to tell the reception by 9 am.

We enjoyed our stay, however, the airconditioning system in all of our 3 rooms doesn't cool the room at all. Everything else works fine and we're still grateful that they allow dogs in the hotel! We will stay again in the future but probably during the cooler months.
