Entry is via a smart lock, leading into a spacious living area with a leather sofa, lounge chair, and Smart TV. French doors open to a bright sunroom that extends the living space, ideal for reading, relaxing, or accommodating an extra guest with a single bed setup on request.

The kitchen is designed for relaxed cooking, complete with cooktop, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the essentials for easy dining. Gather around the four-seater table inside, or step out to the private courtyard for barbecues and alfresco meals beneath the evening sky. The leafy setting offers space to dine or simply lounge in the sunshine.

Both bedrooms feature queen beds dressed in vintage-wash linen, high-loft quilts, and soft, neutral décor for restful nights. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, vanity, and complimentary body and hair amenities, with a separate toilet nearby.

Additional comforts include a washing machine, ironing facilities, and a selection of toys and outdoor games for all ages. Driveway parking is available for one smaller car, with extra street parking nearby.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
